We have always (except last year for some wierd reason) had a Warm Water Rush – Winter Run for the Sun trip in our Annual Calander, and it has always proved to be one of our most popular WWR’s. The prospect of getting away from the Grey n Grim UK after Christmas and diving into the Crystal Clear & more importantly Warm Waters of the Red Sea simply can’t be beaten.

This Warm Water Rush – Winter Run for the Sun Trip will see you depart the UK from Manchester on 21st January, escorted by one of our most seasoned Scuba + Outdoor Group Leaders, direct to the Sun in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt. Once in country our S+O and Resort Team will make sure you are settled into your superb accomodation and of course ready for a weeks GREAT DIVING & EVEN GREATER FUN in the unbeatable Egyption Red Sea.

We will be completing 5 days of diving in on this trip, all around the Sharm el Sheikh and Sinai Region, taking in the magical sites in the National Marine Parks of Ras Mohamed and The Straits of Tiran. The Ras Mohamed National Park has some of the most awesome and stunning Vertical Wall diving anywhere in the world, and the volume of fish life on the Sandy Plateau’s of Jackson, Woodhouse, and Gordon Reefs in the Straits of Tiran is pretty much unfathomable.

Although we certainly do not run our Warm Water Rush Trips like mini-school trips, our S+O Group Leader is always on hand throughout the week to help you out with any little niggling problems or queries, and of course on hand (at least to start the proceedings) of an evenign to make sure you get the full S+O Fun Packed WWR Experience.

Your day will start with a great energy packed breakfast at the hotel, before our in-country Dive Centre pick us up and we head to our boat for the days diving. Once on board our Captain; Boat Crew; Chef and Local Dive Guides will great us and give us the grand tour, before we cast off. Once on route we’ll have plenty of time to laze in the sun and soak up some rays. As we near our dive first dive site of the day our Dive Guides will give us a full brief and make sure we know exactly how to experience the best sights and sounds of the dive. Then, of course its DIVE TIME !

After our morning dive we’ll head off to a new area for our lunch and maybe a bit of post grub snorkelling (or maybe that most energetic activity of dozing in the sun !), before we get to experience our equally superb and marine life crammed second dive of the day. A slow cruise back to shore will see us chatting away over a Sprite; Coke or a Beer in the afternoon Sun at the Dive Centre, before we go out and find ourselves a Restaurant or Watering Hole for the evening – Ah What a Life !

Our accomodation for this Warm Water Rush – Winter Run for the Sun is the idilic Bay View Hotel, located at the southern end of Naama Bay. Its picturesque Morrocan Style; Main restaurant; Outdoor BBQ; Oriental café; First Floor Bar; Roof Top Oasis Bar; and Swimming Pool make it a great destination in itself. The Bay View Rooms all feature En-suite bathroom; air conditioning; remote control radio; satellite TV; and mini fridge.
