SiE Dive Club

Once qualified it is imperative that all young persons involved in the Scuba in Education programmes have every opportunity to use and maintain their new skills. This further practise ensures skills are maintained at safe levels and also allow for experience based development.

If desired, as part of a continued relationship, our Scuba in Education team can re-visit groups periodically to provide Dive Club facilities. This can take the form of a weekly / monthly pool session, with games and free-practise time; scuba diving day trips to UK coastal or inland dive sites; or even full scuba diving weekend trips.

Where organisers are looking to expand on the SiE scheme or further challenge their young persons the SiE scheme also lends itself to the creation of bespoke SiE Expedition projects. These bespoke projects may involve Underwater Mapping of a Coastal Site or Beach Clean Up Conservation events, however as always these can be flexible and tailored to suit as required.

In all cases the tailor made options can include equipment provision, and would automatically incorporate all safety, planning and risk assessment requirements. To participate in these events students must have completed SiED Level # 2 or above, and have satisfactorily completed a Dive Club Enrolment pack.
