If you are looking to add some extra excitement to your weekend dip, or would like to extend your range of exploration just a little further whilst saving the leg-ache, then this the PADI DPV Specilaity is certainly for you.

A Diver Propulsion Vehicle, or DPV, is a superb tool for recreational and professional scuba divers alike and really can add the fun back into the exploration of your regular inland or coastal dive site.

Within this PADI DPV Speciality your Instructor will familiarise you with the features and benefits of different DPV units; assembly and maintenance considerations; appropriate pre-dive checks; DPV dive planning; water entry; and of course emergency actions in case of DPV failure or runaway. These aspects are all covered in the usual way, via your PADI DPV Speciality Manual on a self study basis, before attending dive site to complete two fun packed adventure dives with our training team.

On satisfactory completion of this programme you will be awarded the PADI DPV Speciality (aka PADI Diver Propulsion Vehicle Speciality) certification, qualifying you to have more fun than you ever imagined !
