We are the last liveabord of the season so the weather is likely to turn and does, but in the main the weather is good with temperatures regularly touching 30oC.
Apart from couple of day dives the visibility was around 25m. Mermaid II is of a good standard and the crew and the dive team members under the leadership of Andrea are all excellent.
Given the cost and bum numbing flight was it all worth it? If you want the chance to get, within touching distance, beside a Leopard Shark.

Discover that a Moray being flossed by a Cleaner Wrasse is less interesting than having an 8m Whale Shark cruised past your nose.

Or make eye contact with a Mantaray, the size of a Vulcan bomber, before being buzzed with your bubbles tickling her underside.

I’ll leave it for you to decide, put your answers on a post card and send them to Mark at Scuba and Outdoor Pursuits.
