Making a splash at Cannons Fitness Centre - Cannock
As Bob and Mark like nothing better than a dip in a posh pool, they were first to volunteer to lead our latest Corporate Splash event. The event was a Discover Scuba Session at Cannons Fitness Centre, in Cannock, where participants dived into experience the exhilaration and weightlessness of the underwater world.

Diver Awards - Newcomer Of The Year
As the full details of this years Diver Awards results hit the streets I’m sure it will be no surprise to many that the Diver Awards – Newcomer of the Year award has indeed gone to our newest Scuba + Outdoor division DIVEpursuits.com.

As the new site was developed, a whole new image was created and a much improved marketing plan conceived. Then after all this hard work, DIVEpursuits.com was re-launched in early 2007, and the effect was immediate with orders rolling in straight away and some fantastic feedback from our customers.   Read more......

Act Now Air Campaign - The Shark Trust
Sharks are one of the most well recognised and emotive creatures of the sea, and they rightly hold the title of apex predator, in their own natural environment. It is unfortunate now, that Sharks are having to face a far more brutal and efficient apex predator, in their environment, that of man.

Previous Air Campaigns held by the company have proved to be very successful. Last year for example well over £2000 was raised in aid of the Air ambulance and they are now attempting to tackle the ever growing concerns surrounding the well being of a species very close to every divers heart. It's Official - Scuba + Outdoor is the UK's No.1 PADI Open Water Diver Centre
It’s official, The Scuba + Outdoor Pursuits Centre have officially become the UK’s Number One PADI Open Water Diver Centre. The first quarter of 2007 saw us streak ahead of every other centre in the UK, achieving the highest number of PADI Open Water Diver certifications, for the first part of the year. Read More.....

RNLI - Support at The Dive Show 2007
As we all know the RNLI Lifeboat Institution is funded totally by charity donations and although we may all hope to never need their help, should we ever find ourselves in that situation then the sight of an RNLI Lifeboat would be a very welcome one. With this in mind we have always had collection points in our stores, and at the Dive Show this year we were please to be able to hand these over on the RNLI Lifeboat stand.
