We know what you're
going to ask, so before you do, lets tell you where it is ! Manado
is reached via Singapore; is the regional capital of North Sulawesi
and in simple terms is next door to Borneo.
The Tasik Ria is an
absolutely ideal base to enjoy not only the diving but also the area
in general. When not diving there is the possibility to go trekking
to either the Kali Waterfall or deep into the Tangkoko Rainforest or
for more lively pursuits maybe White Water Rafting.
As a hotel itself
the Tasik Ria features just 34 en-suite rooms; air conditioning;
swimming pool; restaurant and bar; coffee shop and is set back from
a quiet beach overlooking Manadu Tua Island.
The Eco Divers, 5
Star Gold Palm Centre, is located on site and will ensure we get the
best from this once in a life time trip. Their experienced local
guides will ensure that we get the best from the 3 daily boat dives
...
It is said that
the seas off North Sulawesi have the greatest variety of Marine Life
on the planet, so without doubt this trip will simply spoil you
forever. Sightings can include everything from Pygmy Seahorses;
Nudibranches and a sheer plethora of Reef Fish, right through to
Eagle Rays; Orcas and Pilot Wales.
On the way back,
as a special treat this trip also includes a two night stop over in
Singapore. So with some of the greatest diving on the planet to be
had and a chance to also visit Singapore this must be the one.
